The person booking agrees to be held responsible for ensuring that all members of their party and their guests are aware of and follow the guidelines here in order to ensure a safe environment for all. If the terms agreed to in this waiver are breached, Hemscott Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to terminate hire of the sauna.

Sauna Hetta – Booking Terms

Please read these terms before booking your sauna session. By making a booking with Sauna Hetta you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All bookings are non-refundable.

Communal Sauna Sessions (Single Seat Bookings)

Communal sauna bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation and the booking will be forfeited.

Private Bookings & All Other Sessions

Private sauna bookings and other session types (including Luna Club, Sauna & Spa and similar experiences) require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation and the booking will be forfeited.

Rescheduling Limit

Bookings may be rescheduled once only. Any additional change requests will be treated as a cancellation and the booking will be forfeited.

No-Shows & Late Arrival

Failure to attend a booked session (no-show) will result in the booking being forfeited.

Sessions start and finish at the scheduled time. Late arrival will not extend your session, and the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Minimum Numbers for Communal Sessions

Communal sauna sessions require a minimum of three participants to run.

If the minimum number of bookings required to run a session profitably is not reached, Sauna Hetta reserves the right to cancel the session.

Where possible, customers will be given at least 24 hours’ notice by email if a session needs to be cancelled.

In these circumstances customers will be offered the option to:

• Reschedule to another available communal session
• Receive a full refund, or
• Upgrade to a private sauna session (subject to availability and any applicable price difference)

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct and for checking their email (including spam folders) for any booking updates.

Weather & Safety

As an outdoor sauna experience, sessions may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to severe weather, high winds, safety concerns, or operational issues.

If Sauna Hetta cancels a session for safety or operational reasons, customers will be offered either a refund or the option to reschedule.

Sauna Safety

For the comfort and safety of all guests:

  • Sauna use is for ages 16 and over

  • Limit sauna sessions to 15 minutes at a time

  • Sit on a towel at all times

  • Wear footwear outside the sauna

  • Follow guidance from your Sauna Guide

Guests must complete a Sauna Waiver & Health Declaration before participating in their first session.

Cold Water & Sea Swimming

Cold water buckets are available for cooling down between sauna sessions.

If you choose to enter the sea you do so entirely at your own risk. The beach and sea are unsupervised and there is no lifeguard on duty.

Cold water exposure may cause cold shock, dizziness, rapid breathing, or loss of coordination, which can increase the risk of injury.

Guests are responsible for assessing their own ability and the conditions before entering the water.

Retail Products

Products sold at Sauna Hetta are supplied by third-party manufacturers.

Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients and ensuring they are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredients prior to purchase or use. Ingredient information can be found on the supplier’s website and can be provided upon request.

Where available, testers are provided so that products may be tried before opening.

For hygiene reasons opened products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any concerns or complaints regarding a product should be directed to the product’s manufacturer or supplier.

Gift Voucher Terms

Gift vouchers:

  • Are valid for the period shown on the voucher

  • Are valid for the value purchased

  • Must be used in a single booking

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be used to purchase another voucher

  • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions

  • Will not be replaced if used without permission

Use of a gift voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Respecting the Space

Sauna Hetta aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.

Abusive, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Waiver Requirement

All guests must sign a Sauna User Waiver & Health Declaration before using the sauna facilities.
