SHARED SESSIONS - MINIMUM NUMBERS

Because we’re a fully wood-fired sauna, each communal session requires a team member to light and prepare the sauna 90 minutes before sessions start and with the cost of kiln-dried wood continuing to rise, we do need a minimum of three guests booked in order for the sauna just to cover costs of labour and wood.

With this in mind and if fewer than three people are booked on the day, we’ll unfortunately need to cancel it. We always try to give as much notice as possible.

If this happens, you’ll be able to choose between:
• A full refund
• A voucher to use towards another session

We completely understand this can be inconvenient, and we really appreciate your understanding. Running a beachside wood-fired sauna is a labour of love — and this policy helps us keep Sauna Hetta sustainable while still offering those special communal experiences.
