Community Sessions

Our Community Sessions are relaxed shared sauna experiences designed to bring people together through heat, cold water and connection with the outdoors.

Set within the dunes at Druridge Bay, these sessions are open to everyone and offer the chance to enjoy the sauna at a slower, more social pace — whether you come alone, with friends or meet new people along the way.

Move between the sauna, sea air and optional dipping in the North Sea before warming up around the fire pit or settling into the calm of the dunes.

Community Sessions take place regularly throughout the week including Sunday mornings and Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Private Group Bookings

Looking for something a little more personal?

Our private group bookings offer exclusive use of Sauna Hetta for your own gathering by the sea. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bridal morning, hen party, special occasion or simply bringing people together, we’ll create a relaxed and memorable experience in the dunes.

Private bookings are available for groups of up to 6 people and can include optional Spa Rituals. Longer sessions can be arranged by contacting us.

Expect wood-fired sauna heat, fresh sea air, optional sea dipping and time to slow down together beside the coast.
