In collaboration with Lady H Apothecary, we invite you to experience the ultimate sauna relaxation ritual.

Begin with time in Sauna Hetta, paired with our invigorating cold plunge baths, and shower buckets allowing you to enjoy the powerful benefits of hot and cold contrast therapy. This practice helps stimulate circulation, ease muscle tension, support the immune system, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed and rebalanced.

After your sauna session, you’ll be guided through our signature sauna facial ritual. Using beautiful, natural Lady H products, your personal station will be set up for you to gently cleanse your skin before blending and applying a beautiful clay mask. Relax with a cup of herbal tea as your mask works, then rinse away and continue with a self-performed gua sha ritual, using a vitamin C serum to encourage lymphatic drainage, boost circulation, and restore a natural glow. You’ll finish by applying one of our nourishing face balms or moisturisers.

Facials are guided by our sauna host but fully self-applied, including the gua sha massage. You’ll be shown simple techniques and then invited to perform each step yourself using the cleansers, masks, serums, balms, and gua sha stones provided, allowing you to relax and move at your own pace.

Our sessions take place in our private sauna garden in the dunes. We have a ‘Spa Bar’ next to the sauna set up ready with everything for your arrival. Please bring swimwear, two towels (one for sitting on), a robe or throw on, flip flops and drinking water.

How To Sauna & Spa

• Sauna & Spa Sessions £45pp - A 90 minute experience that includes sauna first followed by our Lady H Apothecary Facial Ritual in the Spa Bar. These are shared sessions with up to 6 people. If you would like to book the whole session for your friends please include all 6 spaces in your booking. If you are looking for a group booking and can’t find a suitable time please message us and we’ll try to accommodate you.

• Individual Post Sauna Facial Ritual £30pp - A 30 minute experience that can be enjoyed post sauna. If you can’t join one of the Sauna & Spa Sessions above these sessions give the flexibility to add a Facial Ritual to most of our communal sauna sessions. Please book your communal sauna session first and add on the Post Sauna Facial Session afterwards. To help with planning we have put all of these sessions onto our Calendar so you can see when they are available. This experience is also available to non sauna users who just want to come for the Facial Ritual.

• Private Group Booking with Post Sauna Facial Ritual £45 pp - Bring your friends and enjoy a group session. We have much more flexibility in person with timings rather than on the booking page so please message us your ideal date and time and we’ll try and arrange this for you. For these sessions there is a minimum of 6 guests and you can have up to 8 guests.

• Mini Spa Facial £15 pp - Short on time but still want to use our spa bar? Our Mini Spa takes place during your sauna session, you’ll be invited into the Spa Bar for a cleanse and moisturise ritual with gua sha. You will typically enjoy 45 minutes in the sauna followed by 15 minutes in the spa bar. Can be added onto any 60 minute sauna session. To book please use the ‘Add On’ when booking your sauna and select the Mini Spa Facial.
