In collaboration with Lady H Apothecary, we invite you to experience the ultimate sauna relaxation ritual.

Begin with time in Sauna Hetta, paired with our invigorating cold plunge baths, allowing you to enjoy the powerful benefits of hot and cold contrast therapy. This practice helps stimulate circulation, ease muscle tension, support the immune system, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed and rebalanced.

After your sauna session, you’ll be guided through our signature sauna facial ritual. Using beautiful, natural Lady H products, your personal station will be set up for you to gently cleanse your skin before blending a bespoke clay mask tailored to your individual skin type. Relax with a cup of herbal tea as your mask works, then rinse away and continue with a self-performed gua sha ritual, using a vitamin C serum to encourage lymphatic drainage, boost circulation, and restore a natural glow. You’ll finish by applying one of our nourishing face balms or moisturisers.

Facials are guided by our sauna host but fully self-applied, including the gua sha massage. You’ll be shown simple techniques and then invited to perform each step yourself using the cleansers, masks, serums, balms, and gua sha stones provided, allowing you to relax and move at your own pace. All equipment is supplied, along with the use of a robe and hair band for comfort throughout the experience.

During the winter months, the facial ritual takes place in our beautiful Calico Barn, where you can unwind by the fire in a warm, cosy setting. In summer, the experience moves outdoors beside Sauna Hetta, nestled in the dunes. In the event of rain, we simply head across to The Barn on the Bay and continue the ritual there.
