The person booking agrees to be held responsible for ensuring that all members of their party and their guests are aware of and follow the guidelines here in order to ensure a safe environment for all. If the terms agreed to in this waiver are breached, Hemscott Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to terminate hire of the sauna.
Sauna User Waiver & Health Declaration

Please read this agreement carefully. By signing this waiver you acknowledge the risks associated with sauna use and agree to follow all safety guidelines.
1. Responsibility of the Booking Holder
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all members of their party are aware of and follow the safety rules outlined in this waiver.
All guests must sign a waiver before their first sauna session.
Hemscott Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a session if these rules are breached or behaviour is considered unsafe. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
2. Health & Medical Declaration
Sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures which may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions.
You should seek medical advice before using the sauna if you are under medical care or have health concerns.
You should consult a doctor before use if you have any of the following:
Pregnancy*
Cardiovascular or heart conditions
Blood pressure disorders
Nervous system disorders
Lymphatic disorders
Blood disorders
Artificial joints, pins, rods or implants
Epilepsy*
Asthma
Diabetes
Allergies
*Please inform staff upon arrival.
You must not use the sauna if you have recently consumed alcohol, drugs or medication that may impair your ability to safely participate.
By signing this waiver you confirm you are physically able to use the sauna and accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
3. Sauna Safety Rules
For safety and comfort of all users:
The sauna is for users aged 16 and over
Limit sauna sessions to 15 minutes at a time
Leave immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, sleepy or uncomfortable
Do not touch the stove, sauna rocks, or flue pipe
Sauna temperature must not exceed 90°C
Hygiene & Etiquette
Guests must:
Wear swimwear or appropriate clothing
Sit on a towel at all times
Wash feet before entering
Check with others before pouring water on the stove
Enter and exit quickly to reduce heat loss
Change within their booked time slot if using changing facilities
4. Slips, Trips & Wet Surfaces
The sauna environment may include wet surfaces, uneven ground, decking, steps and sand, which may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls.
Guests must move carefully within the sauna area and surrounding facilities and take appropriate care for their own safety.
Suitable footwear must be worn at all times when outside the sauna to reduce the risk of slipping or injury.

5. Cooling Off & Cold Water Exposure
Cold water buckets are available for cooling down.
If you choose to enter the sea or surrounding natural water you do so entirely at your own risk.
Cold water exposure can cause cold shock, rapid breathing, dizziness and muscle weakness which may increase the risk of injury or drowning.
The beach and sea are unsupervised and have no lifeguard provision.
Hemscott Enterprises Ltd accepts no responsibility for incidents occurring outside the designated sauna area.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted inside the sauna:
Glass containers or bottles
Metal containers
Essential oils, lotions or substances not provided by staff
Only oils or fragrances provided by your Sauna Guide may be used.
Guests should remove jewellery, watches, glasses and contact lenses before entering the sauna. Phones should not be taken inside.
7. Retail Products & Third-Party Goods
Sauna Hetta may sell products supplied by third-party manufacturers.
Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients and ensuring they are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredients prior to purchase or use. Ingredient information can be found on the supplier’s website and can be provided upon request.
Where available, testers are provided so products may be tried before opening.
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Hemscott Enterprises Ltd accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions or dissatisfaction with products. Any product concerns must be directed to the manufacturer or supplier.
8. Personal Property
Guests should avoid bringing valuables.
Hemscott Enterprises Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings while using the sauna, facilities or car park.
9. Behaviour & Conduct
Sauna Hetta aims to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.
Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises without refund.
If you feel uncomfortable for any reason, please notify a member of staff immediately.
10. Photography & Privacy
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any images, please inform a member of staff.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hemscott Enterprises Ltd shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from the use of the sauna or associated facilities.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
